Blue Jeans

Seeing you standing at the bar,
wearing your faded blue jeans.
You gave me your wine,
saying that I’m verified.

And I hold your hand,
I said, I’m flawed by design.
But you said, I'm all you need and
swear you’ll never resign.

But, it was year ago,
When our love was stronger than metal.
It was year ago,
When my picture was on your phone’s screen.

Now, I'm seeing you again standing at the bar,
wearing your new blue jeans.
You gave her your wine,
now, I’m unverified.
